Compressed air refrigerated dryer

A compressed air refrigerated dryer uses refrigerant to exchange heat with compressed air, lowering the temperature of the compressed air to a dew point temperature in the range of 2 to 10°C, so that the water content in the compressed air tends to be supersaturated, thereby removing the moisture (water vapor) from the compressed air.

High-efficiency heat exchanger: Utilizes a high-efficiency, large-area heat exchanger. This reduces pressure loss inside the refrigerated dryer and improves cooling performance.

  • No compressed air source consumption;
  • Built-in automatic drain valve: ensures moisture is separated from the system after the evaporator;
  • No valve wear: no need for regular adsorbent addition or replacement;
  • Hot gas bypass valve: a key component for maintaining a stable compressed air dew point;
  • Low operating noise and simple daily maintenance; regular cleaning of the automatic drain filter is sufficient;
  • Filtration device: the refrigerated dryer is equipped with a high-efficiency filter, keeping the refrigeration system clean and durable;
  • High/low refrigerant pressure protection switch: the refrigerated dryer has a complete self-protection device to avoid damage to the refrigeration compressor;
  • Self-cleaning function for exhaust gas, meaning the exhaust gas contains fewer solid impurities;
  • While discharging condensate, some oil vapor can also condense into liquid oil mist and be discharged with the condensate;
  • Reasonable and compact design, safe and stable, low energy consumption;
  • Stable equipment performance, using CPU integrated control, enabling fully automatic operation.
