  • The livestock farms have mostly enclosed their enclosures, so the ammonia and hydrogen sulfide gases from the manure cannot escape from the enclosures. The environment is very poor, which leads to outbreaks of respiratory diseases and other diseases in the livestock. Disinfection is very important in livestock farming management, but many disinfectants have relatively large side effects, and the effects are not good when used by the livestock.

    Ozone can be applied in livestock farming to reduce the cost of drug administration; it can also reduce pollution-related diseases, increase survival rates and growth speeds; and ozone can also prevent the harm to human bodies caused by meat containing growth hormones and antibiotics. In terms of preventing epidemics and diseases, the use of ozone’s properties for sterilization, disinfection and purification in modern livestock farms is a common practice adopted by domestic and international modern livestock farms, which employ advanced high-tech breeding techniques.

1) Selection techniques for electrode materials and dielectric materials

Titanium alloy is adopted as the discharge electrode, which solves the problems of uneven corona discharge, easy oxidation of the electrode and short service life.

2) Ozone generator drive power supply – high-frequency inverter power supply

The high-frequency inverter power supply based on the closed-loop frequency tracking control of the inverter output current effectively reduces the requirements for the transformer ratio and the capacitance of the switching device.

3) Aluminum alloy heat sink

The aluminum alloy coated with an anti-oxidation film is used as the heat sink. Due to the excellent thermal conductivity of the aluminum alloy, it ensures the superior heat dissipation effect of the ozone generator, allowing for continuous and stable normal operation for 24 hours a day.

4) Polymer silicone rubber sealing plate

The ozone generator is sealed with high-molecular silicone rubber plates, and there will be no leakage of ozone gas when discharging under an indoor pressure of less than 0.4MPa.

5) Gas side-flow junction external electrode

The gas side-flow structure of the outer electrode can effectively avoid the problem that the distance the gas travels through the discharge chamber increases simultaneously when the length of the discharge chamber is extended.

6) Multiple working modes

It features timed, continuous, manual and automatic working modes, with menu Settings that can be adjusted and configured according to the actual application requirements of users. According to the user’s requirements, functions such as remote operation control and remote data monitoring can be set. The operating status is recorded by itself and can be checked at any time.
